As an experiential expert, I have been researching the nature of violence for over a decade. The deeper I went down the rabbit hole, the more I saw that it is not only possible, but also necessary to talk about this.

Abuse is present in everyday life; it is there even when we close our eyes. Instead of fear the solution is when we face it, get to know it, recognize it, and give it answers that support a non-violent life.

I am convinced that knowing the nature of violence not only provides protection, but also reveals the possibility of a dignified life that we all desire.

This is why I founded the PUNKitUP® ViolenceFree Academy as a traumainformed and holistic training center which is designed to support the development of individuals and organizations in a way that shapes attitudes.

The aim of the courses, trainings and workshops is for the participants to:

• recognize different forms of violence and abuse,

• understand their operation and dynamics,

• apply the tools for prevention, assistance and a conscious, non-violent life.

And I try to convey all this in such a way that no one comes down from life, but rather grasp it.
